This is a private home, looking for a few nice, well mannered horses to live here. This is a self care place with currently one lonely mare living here. the barn has a stall and safe fenced paddock. The barn has hay storage for your hay and a locking tack room for your tack with a small fridge.The stalls have fans above for summer heat. There are two electric fenced pastures that have grass in late fall and winter which helps with some feed costs. There is a large round pen in the back, and trailer parking too.
We are charging only $150.00 per horse per month. You will feed and care for your own horse including, at least once a day cleaning your horses stall and paddock, as well as anything else your horse needs.
It is a very pretty place to be. Quiet and peaceful...very enjoyable to be here.
