Hi, I am in search of a roommate. I am a 22 year-old female attending Butte College and I hope to find someone around my age to rent my spare room out to. I am preferably looking for a female applicant around my age with a similar lifestyle and interests. Hoping to move someone in between mid September to October 1. It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a spacious room. Let me know if you’re interested! I am not entirely opposed to a male roommate, but do prefer a female. Please don’t apply if you have pets of any kind I am allergic to cats and dogs and please no children, couples are OK to apply, but we will be splitting the rent three ways and I expect both partners to have jobs as well as a cosigner for each of you. Please only apply if you know you have a cosigner that is able to sign for you, if you do not have a cosigner, we may be able to work something out, but please keep in mind, you are going to need one.
