Entering the 5th wheel, to the left there is a large door side slide-out. Featuring a large pantry and a U-shaped dinette. Along the rear wall you will find an entertainment center, with a 50” Vizio Big Screen TV, and a Jensen Multi-Media Playback center with interior and exterior surround sound speakers. There is a fireplace under the TV mount.
On the opposing wall is the main slide-out that has a sofa/sleeper loveseat.
The kitchen offers a double sink, with an upgraded faucet, three burner range, and a NEW microwave mounted above. It also has a mid-sized refrigerator/freezer.
Stepping up the stairs, the bathroom is on your left. There is a toilet, neo-angle shower with glass doors, medicine cabinet, sink with vanity/storage below.
At the top of the stairs, there is a queen mattress, under the mattress is a large storage area for extra blankets, there are nightstands on each side of the bed and reading lights mounted on the wall. Here you will find the third slide-out which is a linen/wardrobe closet that offers additional storage.
You will find overhead cabinets and lots of storage throughout the 5th wheel.
Outside, under a thirteen-foot power retractable awning, you can enjoy the exterior kitchen. Which has a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator and a storage cabinet, all behind a locked compartment door. There are more storage compartments including a pass-through area, all behind locked compartment doors. I almost forgot, there is an outside shower as well.
In the exterior rear there is an RV Roof Ladder and a factory foldable metal RV Cargo Carrier/Rack.

This 2014 5th Wheel RV has been very well cared for. It has been kept under an RV awning, except for last year. It is in very good condition. clean, the roof was sealed January 2026, and the exterior seals were refreshed, everything works as it should.
