The owner is a female licensed general contractor with a background in finance and accounting, and the company is fully structured and ready to scale.

Work may be slower at first while we continue building our client base and team. We are looking for someone who understands the long game and is willing to put in the effort to help grow the company.
There may occasionally be:
• Travel for projects
• Long days during busy phases
• Some sacrifices early on while scaling
But for the right person, this is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and build your own crew within the company.
🔨 Requirements
• Strong construction background (10+ years preferred)
• Ability to read plans and execute projects independently
• Experience with ground-up builds, remodels, and additions
• Leadership mindset and team player attitude
• Reliable and professional
• Own truck and tools required for now
