Skilled Carpenter / Tradesman wanted to rehab or remodel manufactured homes located in our mobile home community. We will restore these mobile homes to like new condition. Must have tools and experience in all trades. Work independently with goals for completion.
Flexible schedule and full time or part time OK. Retired OK.
Work Responsibilites
• Perform job trades demolition and reconstruction including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring and limited plumbing / electrical in a safe an efficient manner.
• Manage time and materials to complete projects in a reasonable time allowance.
