Bauer 1/2" Hammer Drill corded with Masonry Bits & Anchors, barely used, like new condition, one project for 16 holes in patio for anchors to install awning/pergola structure. Comes with 4 masonry bits: 3/8 x 4 inch long, and 3-pack of 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 x 10 inch long each. Paid $80 for drill and bits all together with sales tax (not including the drop-in anchors). I used Simpson Titen HD anchors instead of the supplied kit hardware. Half price for all, plus the 16 anchors, brand new condition. Worked great, went through the concrete slab like butter.
