Selling my NordicTrack Commercial 2450 treadmill in excellent working condition. This is one of NordicTrack’s higher end home treadmills with a powerful motor, large running surface, and integrated touchscreen for iFit workouts.

Notes on use and condition
I am the first/only owner. The treadmill has been used mainly for walking and light jogging, relatively light home use. Belt runs smoothly, no slipping, and the incline works as it should. Touchscreen and all controls respond normally.
There is normal cosmetic wear from use but nothing that affects performance. No cracks or major damage. Power cord included.
Why I am selling
We are reconfiguring our home gym and downsizing equipment. Nothing wrong with the treadmill, I just do more outdoor running now.
Moving and pickup
This thing is heavy and solid. The deck folds up, but you will need at least two strong people and a truck, van, or trailer. It is located on the ground floor and two adequately strong people should be able to wheel it to and up into a truck without issue.
