Exercise instructor for T/Th Stretch and Tone and Functional Fitness classes for participants who are generally 50+. Classes are slow and medium-paced workouts that include stretching, strength building, cardiovascular fitness and may use mats, chairs, weights and/ or exercise bands. Classes have an established group of participants. Class times are between 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
Lead 4 senior exercise sessions per week, T/Th Stretch and Tone and T/Th Functional Fitness. All equipment is provided. You choose the music and movements.
Prior experience leading fitness classes, ideally with the 50+ population. Outgoing, friendly personality.
Compensation - 50- 60% of registrations
