Sigler Pest Control, one of Chico's longest established pest companies, is looking for a pest control technician. This is a full time, year round position, with competitive pay, uniforms provided, commission and commission paid on additional sign-ons. The company is willing and able to support the position with needed resources. No prior pest control experience is necessary to apply; we're willing to train and assist you in getting your licensed!

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications (although all who have experience are encouraged to apply):
• Current license for Branch 2 Pest Control technician or an applicator’s license
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Present a well groomed, clean cut appearance
• Attention to detail
• Punctuality
• Reliability
• Ability to organize your route and schedule your day
• Must have valid CA drivers license with clean driving record
• Must have clear criminal record
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Compensation For Trainee: $18 an hour (until you are licensed).

Compensation For Branch II Licensed Technicians:
$3000 guarantee or 30% of work, whichever is greater
Commission

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks
