Hello, my name is John, if you are looking for quality work for an affordable price im your guy. I do all types of construction, remodeling and repair. Just about anything you want done around the house or property I can do. Fencing, flooring, new decks and repairs, dry rot repair, framing, drywall, Rental/property maintenance, clean outs, dump runs, even exterior painting we do it all.

Note: I am not a licensed contractor.

Free estimates in Chico-oroville area. Per job price preferred or I charge $40 per hour for me. Plus $20 per hour for a helper if needed. We both work at a very fast and productive pace.

I am 34 years old, born and raised in Chico and have been running my own successful business here for over 8 years now. I have many references that can vouch for my great work and customer service. No drugs or alcohol. I have all my own tools to get most any job done, a reliable truck and trailer.
