Butte college student has 30ft newer trailer in need of a parking spot for a fully self-contained trailer for the fall semester 2026 and the spring semester 2027. Older responsible adult who will leave the area in the same shape or better than when parked there. no need for power or water, however access to both is a plus.
If you have land not being used in the area, let's make a temporary agreement for parking privileges. Trying to save money. Will consider land improvements and or maintenance in trade for the spot. Let's talk money or trade.
