I’m a Licensed General Contractor. I am looking for a summer sublet to rent. I have a house in Sacramento and would like to avoid commuting. I will only be staying 4 mights per week. I am very low impact. I don’t smoke or drink..Please me know what you have and the monthly rent.. This should be ideal for someone who is in a 12 month lease.
