No BS, no tweakers, no alcoholics, no drugs etc. Smoking is okay, 420/cigarettes, but must be outside in the designated smoking area. You cannot smoke in the home or near it. There is a designated smoking area with chairs/umbrella and table.
Great little backyard; private/comfortable. No mail delivery here, you need to have a P.O. Box or receive mail elsewhere.
