Home is about 10 minutes from downtown Corning (towards Chico)
Rent is $500 and electricity bill is shared. Water and garbage collection are free.
Prefer 1 person to rent the room who is responsible and a non-smoker. Pets are generally acceptable (as we love animals) but on a case by case basis
