Two rooms available, 5 minute walk to campus!! Rent is $998 but I am willing to negotiate if it's a good fit between us!! Hi everyone! My name is Julia, and I am 22year old psych major looking for one or two roommates. I have two rooms available in this adorable house. It's one block from campus which is super convenient, only about a 5 minute walk. It's a 3 min walk to downtown. It has a washer/dryer in unit, which is really nice. (The house is so cute outside and inside, the kitchen being my favorite part!) Utilities are not included but they aren't too much. I love the beach, reading, working out, watching movies, going thrifting, baking and taking care of my plants. I'm a simple girl. Just trying to finish school and be happy. I would love to find friends through this but someone quiet is okay too!! If you want the same please message me. It really is a wonderful place!!
