A couple of our roommates are unable to pay and now have to break our lease. We really need to find replacement tenants before August. Rent is $493.75 a month, utilities not included. Utilities are split equally between tenants.
This is a four bedroom apartment, We have someone couch surfing atm but you will get your own room. We have two rooms available, one room that is pretty big and one smaller room.
