Close to Bidwell Park, InMotion Fitness, 1st Avenue on-ramp. Some additional storage space in garage and waterproof shed.

My partner (27) and I (35) live in the house, only the two of us, so looking for a third.

Quiet but sociable household, we value a peaceful and clean living environment. We love hosting family/friends for dinner parties or backyard barbecues on the weekends. I'm an active person who loves art and the outdoors. We're looking for a housemate who is responsible, communicative, and respectful of personal belongings and shared spaces.
