I gave central heating and air covered parking fenced yard new appliances new deck we have a huge swimming pool a huge jacuzzi a huge clubhouse sm gym a pool room with 3 pool tables large grass area on site laundry close to shopping close to bus stop very quiet very nice park please text it’s 450 a month we split the bills and utilities
