My roommates and I are looking to fill a spot in our 4-bed, 2-bath townhouse off West Sacramento and Nord Ave. You'd be joining a lease that ends in late June or early July and would have the second master bedroom upstairs (which faces away from the train tracks).
Rent is $440 a month plus utilities (PG&E, Xfinity WiFi, Water, Sewer) separate every month.
You will have to get approved through ISM (the property management company), but they’ve been nothing but accommodating and easy to work with in the year and more that I’ve rented from them.
Alcohol / 420 friendly; bigots need not apply!
Ideally we're looking for someone under 30, but that's not necessarily a dealbreaker if you're cool!
