**Lease Takeover**

Current Lease ends 6/30/26 with the option to renew the lease at the end of the term.
I graduated this fall and am looking for a lease takeover. Looking for another fellow student studying at Chico State. Application will have to be approved by Hignell Properties and a cosigner is accepted. You would get your own room with one other roommate in another room.
