The entire cost of move-in is $1500:
• The first month's rent of $750
• The $750 rent from the previous month, which serves as a deposit
If necessary, the deposit may also be divided into two installments.
There is no fixed lease length, simply a 30-day notice period before moving out, and rent is paid on a monthly basis. A $250 pet deposit is required if you have a pet. My roommate is willing to take on one more pet since she believes her animals would benefit from a new companion.
My current roommate, who is staying till August 2027, would be your roommate. She works close to home as a certified cosmetologist, so she is frequently around during the day.She has put a lot of effort into keeping the apartment tidy, serene, and pleasant.
With the exception of the bedroom you would be moving into, the apartment is completely furnished. She keeps everything tidy and well-maintained, even though she has a dog, a snake, several other caged pets, and a ton of houseplants. She is unmarried, doesn't bring parties home, and is looking for someone who shares her appreciation for a stable and peaceful home life.
The current arrangement is rather laid back; she cooks multiple times a week and stores food in the refrigerator, and the roommate assists with dishwashing and home supplies. She is willing to keep that agreement in place.
Amenities in apartments consist of:
• Hot tub and pool
• A gym
• A giant TV, pool table, air hockey, and vending machines in the lounge
• A complex, serene, and clean atmosphere
