Single room in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house near Safeway East Avenue. The current housemates are two young professionals around 35 years old. Utilities not included in the rent, and average to about $150 month/per person: PG&E, water, sewer, garbage, internet. Rent includes access to common spaces: living room, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a small backyard. No additional pets. I do have one small dog. She is very friendly and quiet. Lease is 6 months, then month to month. Deposit is one month’s rent.

Since this is a home, I am looking for a kind, calm, and respectful individual, who fits the house vibe. If you are interested, please email where you work/ go to school and a little about yourself.
