We are currently looking for a roommate for this upcoming summer, fall, and spring semester. We are all guys, and all 21+. We would like our roommate to clean up after themselves and pays their bills and utilities on time.
You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. It is a 4 bedroom and 2 bath home. Rent is $499 a month, and utilities can be about 60-80 a month. That includes Wi-Fi, PG&E, and Water. (Garbage is included with rent).
