Local business owners are completely within their right to investigate the "Campbell Commons Apartments" in DT because the local wonderful trove of new women's clothing and jewelry up for sale from their stores on FB Marketplace. 2 Sellers Addresses map puts them literally inside the Apt. Mgrs. onsite cottage, others, Boys n Girls Club next door, and even sellers living in local parks within 3 blocks. Yes, City and a PD have been looped in and are denying any responsibility. Guess who owns the land "City of Chico" both for the Apartments, and the Boys N Girls Club.

* This is only a third of this CHIP Company's risky behavior that could land them in court!
