Mechanic special does not turn on has all the parts brand new tires will be good for parts or someone who has the time to fix comes with key just needs a couple things fixed(thermostat housing needs replaced along with gaskets and the wires from the battery to the starter). I just don’t have the money to fix it serious inquiries only please also I am open to different price offers
