Looking for long term tenants. I have 2 spaces available with full utilities. Four spaces in total so it’s small and quiet with a couple friendly neighbors. Sorry no pets at this time. No lease required but as stated above I am looking for long term tenants. Rent includes electric, good well water, septic and garbage.
