I currently have a commercial space for rent in a historical building in downtown Corning, California. The building is right downtown on Solano Avenue 1/2 block from the Rodgers theatre and two blocks from the community center which is set to break ground soon.

The space is approximately 1,500 sq.ft, and is in the Historic Corning Hotel building. It has been operated as an attorney's office, accountants office, antique store, and a restaurant/coffee shop in the past but it would be suitable for many other uses. Reduced to $1,200/month with a two year minimum lease. A shorter lease may be possible but the rent would need to be slightly higher.

Some off street parking available with ample on street parking in the area.
