Or, if you're like me, plug your 100w head in and still have room to spare, leave the heavy 4x12 at home. I used a pair of these for about 12 years of gigging.
Here's a video of soundcheck at a backyard party. Notice the two 1x12 cabs sitting on the wall behind the band, with NO MICs, one is the cab listed in this ad the other is long gone to a Jazz guy. This video is recorded with a DSLR camera on a tripod. Not a mix...PA was for Keyboards and Vocals, soundman is running around setting everything up while we play ;)
