Made in the USA Ovation 12 string acoustic/electric Custom Balladeer Model # 1755. Serial # 369407, with case. It has a split down the middle of the top shown in the pictures which is common for this model. I saw one for sell on E-bay for $500.00 that was in way worse condition. I sealed the crack, but the top has pulled up behind the bridge that makes the action too high toward the end of the fretboard, although it is still very playable on the open chords. I have hand sanded past the clear coat and that will need to be finalized. I can't seem to affix the battery pack bracket located on the inside of body, but it works fine. I just don't have the time or energy to fix this., (Better left to a pro). The case goes for $200.00 .
