For Sale, a 2017 Dar-Electro Pinstriped Telecaster Type Guitar. The body is an Allparts licensed Fender Alder Telecaster style that has been painted Metallic Yellow, Pinstriped and then clear coated. The Allparts licensed Fender Maple neck features a thick, very dark rosewood fingerboard, has 21 medium-jumbo frets 9 1/2” radius fingerboard and a bone nut. The neck shape is a “Chunky C” shape. Other features include Kluson Revolution vintage style tuners and a Kluson 3-saddle chopped bridge with compensated brass saddles. A custom set of TV Jones “Starwood” handwound single-coil pickups provides warmth, clarity and enough punch for rock, country, rockabilly, blues and jazz.
This guitar has Pinstriping by Artist Darren McKeag from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is a well known Artist known for his Pinstripping, tattoo work and artwork featuring Motorcycles and Hot Rods. McKeag's work can be seen in the Sturgis Museum.
