Stock Gibson P-90's are definitely rare for this model. Gold tops and very few cherry sunbursts of the 54’/58’ reissue came with P-90ups stock…This is NOT the re-issue just validating that P-90's shipped in Deluxes during these years.. There is a tailpiece and tune-o-matic.
Pot code date 1377142 (42nd week of 1971)
Players grade with some buckle wear and checking but nothing out of the ordinary for a guitar of this year. Pots need to be cleaned.
Tuners replaced. Bridge replaced but original is in case. No original pick guard but new replacement in case. Repaired headstock with barely visible repair line. The re-set was very well done. So well in fact I can’t get the line to appear in a photo.
Original case, that has definitely been used.
