SOUND: They sound amazing on stage or studio covering Rock, Country, Jazz, Funk, RnB, but NOT LOUD PUNK or METAL. They sing high tuned for Jazz or tuned down for the classic Thunk/Boomp/Bop. You can finesse these for quiet or up energy music.
DETAILS: Not a massed produced Import or hyped USA set. There's a reason for so many DW used adds.All are the one-piece Steam Bent Maple shells and solid re-rings (not ply) with 45 degree bearing edges made in Santa Cruz Ca. at the original factory.
Mint Condition Satin clear finish, black inlays on all drums and the bass drum hoops.

HISTORY: Johnny Craviotto was Neil Young's drummer. He started modifying drums for DW and others. He started making whole sets and snares using his own 1 ply steam bent shells, (same process as Noble and Cooley). When he passed away his Santa Cruz company was bought by Steve Maxwell who moved the shop to Nashville.
