Selling my new scooter. I need to pay bills, and can't afford to complete the registration. It is registered, but needs to be certified. I have a permit to drive it to a DMV. It's only been ridden 3 times in my neighborhood. It cost me $2300.00. I am already taking a loss, so my asking price is firm. It's a nice bike. Easy to ride, and fun. Everything works like new. Includes brand new helmet.
