Small Bathroom Flooring Installation – Side Job Opportunity

I have a small bathroom (approximately 30 sq ft) that needs new laminate flooring installed. I will be purchasing the laminate flooring materials.
The job will include:
Removing the existing flooring
Removing and reinstalling the toilet
Removing and reinstalling the sink/vanity (if necessary)
Removing and reinstalling baseboards
Installing the new laminate flooring
Any other minor tasks needed to complete the installation properly
This is a small project and should be a quick job for someone with flooring experience. It would be a good side job for someone in the flooring trade or a skilled handyman.
Please note: If you’re a contractor looking for high-end rates, this job may not be the best fit. I’m simply looking for honest work at a fair price.
I’m also refurbishing a small studio apartment, so this job may lead to additional work such as carpeting and painting if things go well.
