Are you a skilled handyman looking for consistent work? Join our rapidly growing short-term rental property management company in town! We are seeking a dedicated handyman to provide property maintenance services with a commitment of 10+ hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various properties.
- Utilize smart apps for communication and job updates.
- Ensure properties are in excellent condition for our guests.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with smart applications and technology.
- Generally skilled across multiple areas of maintenance such as repairing furniture, painting, plumbing, electrical, hvac, and more.
-Available for on call work between 11-4
