Handyman position available with well established property management company. We're looking for a team member who is outgoing and willing to work hard. Must have general knowledge of a variety of maintenance work, including sheetrock work, light plumbing, light electrical, troubleshooting appliances, and more. Must have your own tools and vehicle. Proof of insurance required. This is a full time position in Chico. Pay to be determined based on knowledge, experience and tools. Benefits include 10 paid holidays and 48 hours annual sick time.
