I need a single style apartment like a studio or one bedroom. A shared living space with a private entrance. A basement might work if it has a bathroom or something. I am open to different possibilities.
I am a single guy with no issues. I work and drive. My price point is around 800-1000 give or take. I can successfully pass the screening process. I recently have gone through that without any problems.
I have friends & family near and from the area. I’m not a young college kid, or an elderly person, but I get along fine with anyone. I am busy doing my own things. Paying bills. Spending time with people when I can.
I value simplicity and peace. I don’t really care about politics or celebrities. I only pay attention to sports during playoffs some of the time.
