Not only do I have great credit and local contacts, but I am a mindful renter. Don’t just fill the unit and collect a payment. Make sure you get someone in there that isn’t going to be a problem further up the road. Get the type of renter who isn’t going to make your place smell. Rent to somebody that won’t invite strange people over. Someone living on the damn couch. Someone constantly smoking outside with their yapping dog. I do love yappers, but I don’t have any.
Someone who doesn’t have a car on blocks. The type of person who will treat you and your place with respect. That’s me.
