Base price includes pressure treated sub-floor framing atop concrete pier blocks, 3/4" tongue and groove OSB floor sheathing screwed down, 2x4 wall framing with studs at 16" on center and double top plates, 3/8" LP Smart side panel siding and trim over house wrap, 36" steel pre-hung exterior door and lockset with dead bolt or 64" barn style door, 2x6 ridge with 2x4 rafters and ceiling joists, 1/2" OSB roof sheathing, 12" roof overhangs, eave and gable vents, architectural shingles over 30LB roofing underlayment. All shed exterior surfaces are primed and painted with 2 coats of quality paint of your color choice (1 color walls 1 color trim). necessary steps to access shed are also provided (pressure treated framing atop gravel pad with stained Douglas fir decking). Wall height is 8', roof style-gable. I offer many upgrades such as fire-resistant construction, metal roofing, windows, different roof styles, different shelving and storage options such as attic storage and multi-level shelving. These sheds cost a little more than the big box store models but are extremely well built, will last far longer and are custom built to suit your needs.
