I need your help. I bought this thing at a barn sale, but do not know what it is. I plan to use it for something unrelated to it's purpose (whatever that is), but would really like to know what it is. One person told me it is for moving hay bales.?? And others have guessed. It folds up. Even a wild guess is appreciated.
