120 Bee Hives for 2024 Almond Pollination. Honeybees - $180 (Chico, Durham area)

Eight frame average $180 per hive north of Woodland. A little more for gas money South of that.
I grew up in the bee business and placed bees in the almonds for 20+ years. The last two years I have placed my hives in Durham with another beekeeper. I've been growing and need my own contract.
I'm getting back into the business to help with my retirement. Starting out small we are willing to accommodate small orchards.

The pictures are from 2023 which was a rough year for everyone. They don't go in quite this strong, but I worked hard to keep my hives strong despite the rainy cold weather. I have video of me going right down the line so it's clear I didn't just take pictures of my best hives. They will go in with an 8-frame average with none being less than 6 frames.
