Very good pre-owned condition. This is a black wooden antique gossip bench telephone table with a paisley pattern seat cushion. It was popular in American homes between the 1930s and 1950s, a time when landline telephones were a central part of household life. P
The design combines a single chair with an attached side table. The cubby was typically used to store a phonebook.
This telephone table can be placed in an entryway as a convenience spot to sit while putting on or taking off shoes.

It measures 30” H x 32” L x 15” D.
