needs a new impeller, if you are handy the part cost 55$, cut electric costs by a 1/3 over single speed pumps, 220 power. I can send a video of it powered up and the impeller spinning but not drawing water. fix the impeller and you have a perfect pool pump. It wa 999.99 in 2019
