The Line Cook is a member of the kitchen team, who will work closely with all other positions in the Back of the House operations to cook and expedite food to the guests ordering onsite and to-go. The Line Cook, who reports to the BOH Supervisor, operates grills and fryers.
What You Will Do:
Prepares and plates, traditional Mexican cuisine. Maintains prepped food as directed by the supervisor on duty.
Ensures all workings areas are safe, clean, well maintained.

3 Months experience in a full service kitchen required
A pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance required
Exceptional communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
