Up for sale is my favorite receiver of all time! The Monster Sansui 9090db. Don't worry, I have another. I'll keep one till I'm dead. This example is in very nice condition. If you are looking at this posting, you probably don't need to be told about this legend of a receiver. It has not been recapped or restored. Work has been done by my Tech over the years for various ailments. Everything, all Functions, all lights, A-B and C speaker connections, meters, FM & AM work as intended. Come by to look and listen. The wood case has some scratches and a gouge in one spot. At least the 9090db has a real wood veneer as opposed to the vinyl wrap on the lower models of the same series.
It features a 125wpc power amplifier section, direct readout power meters, an AM/FM analogue tuner, Dolby noise reduction circuit, Bass, Midrange and Treble controls (defeatable), two tape loops and a Moving Magnet Phono stage. Your muscles will get a workout lifting this one... 52lbs!
