Passes smog, but does not have current cert, will smog upon request for interested buyer and fair price offer. Many new parts installed, all from Pelican Parts or FCP Euro.
Bought as a restoration project, enthusiast owner. Spent most of its life in Southern California. I bought it in 2021 with 118K. I've done a fair bit of work, and it has a lot of potential. It starts, runs and drives well. Paint is good from a distance but has imperfections. Body is rust free and straight. Interior is decent, but seats are in rough shape. Passenger seat back is twisted slightly. I have too many project cars, and our main family car was recently totaled. So I'm hoping this can go to another enthusiast.
All electronics work, including central locking, all windows, and sunroof. New Pioneer head unit (adjustable colors to match stock illumination) AM/FM/CD/USB/Bluetooth/phone calls with noise-cancelling mic. Onboard computer works with all functions.
AC works well but has a very slow leak needing yearly recharges (R134A). Dual zone climate controls work as well as heat.
Engine has good compression (130psi all cylinders), trans and diff have new synthetic fluid and shift smoothly. Oil recently changed with 15W-40 synthetic and Mann oil filter. Engine was smoke tested, vac leaks repaired. New PCV valve, Evap system holds pressure, no leaks.
Cooling system was refreshed prior to my ownership and has no issues or leaks.
