Mer Cruiser I/O 3 liter, 135 HP motor: Well maintained with only 3 owners and 409 operating hours. It is moored in an end slip at Lake Oroville Marina with great views of the lake! Mooring paid through Sept. 30th, 2025. We have brochures for the accessories on the boat and receipts for the maintenance we have done on the engine.
Upper sundeck: Hardtop (8’ x 10’) for lounging with access via built-in deck ladder. Perfect area for sun lovers and to watch the sunset on the two beach chairs.
Enclosed helm: lockable cabin space with galley kitchen with sink serviced by an 11-gal fresh water tank, plus 11-gal holding tank. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to just bring your food. There is a portable single burner propane stove and teapot and pour-over coffee carafe. Wood cabinetry and wood shelves throughout. Two different configurations for the seating area…a couch or a dinette. Two different table accommodations as well. A very comfortable “Captain’s” chair and elite console.
Bathroom: Lockable shower area and 40 gal. freshwater tank for the shower, however it is not installed, and a clean porta potty.
Sleeping: Aft berth and dinette convert into sleeping berths as well as the two front lounging benches that expand out for sleeping. We also have queen and twin inflatable mattresses for you.
Technical aspects: A ship to shore radio, Hummingbird 561 Sonar fish finder and a stereo sound system with speakers inside and out. There is a whole house fan and a Mr. Buddy – propane space heater. There is a solar panel located outside of the sundeck which charges the two, 6-volt batteries that provide electricity for the boat, similar to an RV.
Maintenance: Regular oil changes, two brand new gas tanks (15 gal each), new hoses, new Mer Cruiser carburetor and fuel valve. Approx. 15 gallons of premium gas (not from the marina) in the tanks.

Equipped with two 26” diameter aluminum tubes made of 0.080" 5052 marine alloy, providing stability and buoyancy.
2006 Tracker Trailer: Dual axel with four new tires and a new spare. Nice smooth ride.
Hydro Force 2 person rubber raft: Two oars included (no motor) Great to use for fishing or hanging out in a cove.
Other items included: 2000 watt inverter generator, extension cords, a CAT portable battery pack, Magma Grill, two fire hydrants, propane space heater, single burner propane stove, two beach chairs, two inflatable mattresses, various life vests. Lockable storage cabinet in aft for keeping equipment out of the weather. Canvas side enclosures are included and the aft has a partial enclosure. There is a full Bimini top for the front and a separate cover for the seats. There is a stowed plank to walk ashore and a pump and rinse hose in the front for sandy feat. Also, ropes, stakes to tie off to shore and an anchor.
