We own the last hangar built and the last one in the row to the east. It's very nice with an electric bi-fold door. It has a 200a panel inside. It has a Starlink that we can likely transfer to buyer. It has (2) Nest cameras - one in side and one outside. It has a key lock box on the exterior and an electronic lock by August. We have had the best time using this hangar to fly in and out of Quincy but our lives are pulling us elsewhere. We got a 20 year ground lease from Plumas County on 3/1/22. Annual ground lease is $996 for 2025 and it is paid. Property taxes for '25-'26 was $687.77 and it is already paid. The county has first right of refusal but we do not anticipate an issue with this.
