For sale as-is, an original 1941 Mills Panoram - Art Deco 16mm Music Video Cabinet.

NOTE: The photo included is of a restored example.

This is a barn find that is, unfortunately, in very rough shape. But it is still an incredibly rare and exciting piece of history.

With its rear-projection screen and wooden Art Deco cabinet, the Panoram played the first ever music videos for a dime.

The item for sale was converted to a Peep-Show post-WWII and is missing some of the original parts. The 16mm projector is there along with mirror and rear-projection screen. The marquis at the top is intact. I think some of the original audio hardware is missing. The wooden cabinet is rough but not majorly damaged or missing pieces.

I originally purchased this with intention of taking it on as a restoration project, but circumstances have changed.

Fully-restored, these sell for $10-15,000 at auction. It's definitely a gem worth someone's time.

If you are interested, I will email photos, and we can schedule a viewing.
