Clock - very unique - $300

Guessing about 5 years old.
Hardwood base and the stems and leafs appear to be made out of copper.
All of the lights except 2 of the flowers and the clock itself are working.
My Dad had told me that when he purchased it the guy from the shop said he could bring it back anytime if something stops working - unfortunately he did not relay the name of the shop to me - else I’d take it back there for repair.
My Dad purchased it from a metal art store in Grants Pass Oregon.
Said he paid over $600 for it.
NOT expecting to get anything close to that but not gonna give it away either.
To me it looks like something that would be on the set of the Munsters.
Asking $300.
